We want you to love your results. If you are not satisfied with your Sutton Skin device, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email contact@suttonskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Packages sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.
Conditions
- Items must be returned with all original parts (mask, controller, charging cable) and in good condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- One return per customer, per product.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 60 days, email us a photo or short video and we will send you a free replacement (no need to return the faulty unit, unless we ask you to).
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order cancellations You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not shipped yet.
